      Clone a Knowledge Source

      • To clone a Knowledge Source, navigate to its details screen (drill down from the Knowledge Source list).
      • Then click three dots in the top right corner of screen header.
      • Select Clone in the dropdown menu.
      • A pop-up with Knowledge Source clone details will open.
      • Revise all the parameters in the pop-up
      • Click Save & Sync to immediately sync content or just Save to only save the configuration without syncing.
