      Admin Panel Overview

      Magnet AI Admin Panel is a low-code configuration environment that helps CRM admins configure and make live Gen AI solutions using the following “building blocks”:

      • Prompt Templates: Configurable prompts that can be directly accessed via API or used by an AI Assistant to perform tasks such as analyzing CRM records, comparing files, or generating draft emails.
      • Retrieval Tools: Semantic search capabilities that find and retrieve relevant documents to answer user queries.
      • RAG Tools: Tools that enable Q&A functionality by answering user questions using only the specified knowledge sources. These tools can also be part of an agentic flow.
      • AI Apps: Easily configurable apps that allow to assemble multiple AI tools into a single app and enable fast integration into your CRM.
