Access Knowledge Source chunks

You can view Knowledge Source records (text chunks) by navigating to the Chunks screen from the Knowledge Source details. For each record, its name, type, create, modify and sync dates are displayed.

Click on a chunk to view its details, such as metadata and embedded content.
